She pursued her career as a gymnast at Champions Gymnastics and soon became a successful competitive gymnast at the Provincial and National levels. Brittany successfully combined 25 hours per week of gymnastics training and school. She competed across Canada, the U.S.A. and in the UK. She helped the Alberta team to win two (2) National Champion Team titles and won the title of Uneven Bars National Champion at the 2009 Canadian National Championships in the Open Category. Brittany went on to accept a scholarship to the University of Michigan, where she competed for one season. After her retirement as an athlete, Brittany pursued other interests and soon became a Manager for a well-known restaurant chain in Edmonton.
Brittany’s heart has remained with her Champions Gymnastics family. She consequently decided to come back to her first love; gymnastics. Champions Gymnastics is extremely pleased to welcome Brittany back to her original gymnastics family as the Recreational Program Coordinator. We invite all our members to greet Brittany with open arms as she takes on this new adventure. Brittany has already started work on many new ideas for the recreational programs and we are excited to welcome her dynamic and caring personality to our team.
